The diagnostic photo is enough but report could still use additional detail (to make this a really useful part of the permanent record). I.e., "compared to other doves in this area" doesn't actually provide any detail on what species it was compared to & how :-)) Thus, especially for records without photos but also for ones with them, I suggest taking just a couple minutes to add helpful detail elsewhere in the report too.
