The diagnostic photo is enough but report could still use additional detail (to make this a really useful part of the permanent record). I.e., "I contacted someone to help positively identify the bird" doesn't actually provide any detail on fieldmarks or what species it was compared to, etc. :-)) Thus, even for records with photos like this, I suggest taking just a couple minutes to add helpful detail elsewhere in the report too.
